The opening five minutes: soak and settle in
Your visit begins in a comfortable recliner with a foot soak and a head massage. It is a gentle transition into the session before the focus moves to your feet. An optional disposable eye mask is available if you prefer to block out light.
Flower petals may be included in the foot soak as a complimentary touch. Because optional details can change, ask what is available when arranging your visit. Share your pressure preferences and any areas you would like the therapist to avoid before the massage gets underway.
The next 40 minutes: attention to your feet
The largest portion of the session is dedicated to focused foot massage. This is the main difference from a combination visit that divides time evenly between bodywork and feet. If your priority is substantial time on your feet, this sequence may be the one you prefer.
Keep communicating throughout this stage. You can ask for a lighter touch or a change in pressure. You do not need to wait until the end to let your therapist know what feels comfortable.
The final 15 minutes: beyond the feet
For the last portion, you turn over while remaining in the foot massage recliner area. Your therapist focuses on the neck, shoulders, back, and arms. This completes the 60-minute sequence: five minutes of soak and head massage, 40 minutes for feet, and 15 minutes for the upper body.
The shorter 30- and 45-minute services and the longer 90-minute option have different time available. Ask how your selected length will be arranged instead of assuming this 60-minute sequence applies to every foot massage.
Compare with a combination or group visit
Combination A is 30 minutes of private table massage plus 30 minutes of foot massage for $80. Combination B is 30 minutes in a professional massage chair plus 30 minutes of foot massage for $70. Both are 60-minute visits, but the balance and bodywork setting differ from the standalone foot experience.
Our lounge has five recliners, so it can accommodate up to five guests together when staffing and appointment availability allow. Call with the number of guests, preferred date, and service choices to confirm a shared visit. For two guests who prefer private table massages, consider the couples room instead.
